| Ok I lied. I think I may start plans for a closed loop system for water movement behind my liverock in my reef tank. So I guess my equipment isn't all built...
|
| |
| Even more tweaking on the filtration set-up. I added another return pump to increase water flow to and from the sump, but it was going so fast my overflow couldn't keep up and my tank would've literally "overflowed". Still I got it all set up and working tonight. I believe all my hardware is now complete on my reef upgrade. Took me about a month, but its all done.
Finally.

| The tank improves every day. I started this thing almost a year ago now. It's tough to think about that sometimes. It seems like yesterday my "child" was born... I love this tank. I just got that light for $190. It usually retails for right around $400, so it was an amazing deal. It's a 250watt Double-Ended Metal Halide HQI with Magnetic Ballast. Ah... Now I can get a tridacnid clam (look them up. they're freakin awesome), and other SPS corals. Good times...
